Score options against weighted criteria for a ranked recommendation. Best for: comparing a handful of options (vendors, candidates, products) where several factors matter. Adjust the weight sliders to reflect what matters most.

Model:
Sort tasks by urgency and importance. Important+Urgent → do now. Important+Not urgent → schedule (where the high-value work lives). Urgent+Not important → delegate. Neither → drop.
Weigh the pros and cons of each option (rate each 1–5). Net = total pro weight − total con weight. Best for: a yes/no call or a two-option choice where reasoning matters as much as the number.
For decisions under uncertainty. Give each option its possible outcomes with a probability and a value (money or a 0–100 score). Expected value = Σ (probability × value). Best for: bets, gambles, go/no-go calls with real downside.
Compare options financially over a time horizon. Net = (annual benefit − annual cost) × years − upfront. ROI = net ÷ total cost. Payback = upfront ÷ annual net. Best for: "is it worth it?" investments and build-vs-buy.
Horizon:
Map the internal and external picture before a strategic move. Strengths & Weaknesses are internal; Opportunities & Threats are external. Best for: assessing a business, product, team, or yourself before a launch or pivot.
Imagine the plan failed — then list why, before it happens. Score each risk Likelihood × Impact (1–5 each) and note a mitigation. Tackle the red rows first. Best for: de-risking a project, launch, or rollout.
